Operating primarily from the depths of the Fangwood Forest, they specialize in ambush tactics, reconnaissance, and wilderness survival.

The Fangwood Six operate from a concealed camp as their base. Identified members include Wren, Finnetharyn Fimbleshanks, Gundugar Herdtender, Arsène, Bruneg, Vendel Coldblade, and the rescued girl Mira.

The Foxclaw Scouts are a loose network of hunters and trackers in Nirmathas who specialize in studying and hunting dangerous creatures. They share knowledge of beasts’ habits and weaknesses, helping protect frontier communities from threats lurking in the wilds.

They reported that Ironfang Hobgoblins had invaded Nirmathas, destroying villages and enslaving people, and vowed to seek out and eliminate the responsible Ironfang Legion.

The refugees are a group of over twenty survivors from the town of Phaendar, who fled after it was overrun and set ablaze by hobgoblins. They are currently camped in Fangwood, lacking proper shelter and sleeping outside.

The atomies are tiny winged fey known for their rapiers and a penchant for challenging others to duels. They inhabit the space above the korred's Workshop.

Bloody Skeletons: Blood-covered undead born from locations where people were murdered and buried or left to rot, animated as multiple skeletal foes. They heal one hit point each round and resist cold and electricity.

Bramble Lashes are thorned plant-creatures found in berry patches. They attack by striking with thorny blows that embed thorns in victims, resulting in bleeding and sickness.

Also known as Canopy Trolls
Canopy Trolls are a type of troll described as smaller than normal trolls that live atop trees and drop onto two-footed prey; they travel in packs. Herge warned The Party the forest to the west smelled of trolls and specifically named Canopy Trolls, saying they live in the canopy, are smaller than true trolls, travel in a couple of nearby packs, and drop from above onto bipeds.

The Ironfang Legion was once one of Molthune's most feared military formations, a specialized regiment composed largely of monstrous soldiers commanded by disciplined officers. Molthune employed the Legion as shock troops along its frontier wars, valuing their strict military culture, battlefield coordination, and willingness to undertake brutal campaigns that regular troops might hesitate to carry out.

Small fey with large beards and animated hair, the Korreds occupied Fort Ristin, where they held loud celebrations and threw stones from the ruined walls. They claimed their boss had provided drink, the fort, goblins to kill, and a halfling.

xulgaths are an intelligent, green-scaled reptilian tribe inhabiting Caves around the Cradle of Stone. Members include front-line warriors, spellcasters, and a maul-wielding tribal leader.

Leprechauns
Also known as Three Leprechauns
Leprechauns were found arguing over their dwindling alcohol supply and complaining that Halk kept the good drink for himself. They agreed to leave peacefully if provided with good liquor from Halk.

Two Satyrs occupied the fort’s eastern kitchen, one wielding a kitchen knife and the other a frying pan while preparing food. They ordered intruders out until their meal was ready and argued in Fey about the acceptability of hobgoblin meat if their food ran short.
