Faction overview

The atomies are tiny winged fey known for their rapiers and a penchant for challenging others to duels. They inhabit the space above the korred's Workshop. Four tiny flying fairies, known as atomies, occupied part of a fortress, armed with needle-like weapons and claiming the building as their fortress. Atomies are not particularly tough in combat, but they are difficult to hit and vulnerable to cold iron. They possess the ability to shrink creatures with a magical ray.
When confronted, the atomies demanded to know Fangwood Six’s business, mocked the dead occupants, and proposed honorable single combat. After the party rejected their challenge and ordered them to leave or die, the atomies accepted a fight. They insulted and stabbed Gundugar Herdtender, jabbed at Wren, and attempted to shrink her without success. They clustered around the front line while using their shrinking rays; one reduced Bruneg to tiny size, and another later reduced Finnetharyn Fimbleshanks as well. The party weakened the atomies, Arsène killed one, Gundugar restrained another, and Wren killed it after the group battered it. A search of the atomies’ room found painted targets, arrow slits, and ordinary furnishings.
