Leprechauns were found arguing over their dwindling alcohol supply and complaining that Halk kept the good drink for himself. They agreed to leave peacefully if provided with good liquor from Halk. The leprechauns are known for their desire for herbal liquor. They described Halk as a korred warlord who had taken over the fort after Ironfang Legion killed the rangers. He resided in the central keep, while his brother-in-law controlled rationing and drinking. The leprechauns identified Brittle Billy as Halk’s clever trapmaker located in the southern tower, warning of his book magic, moving stuffed bears, and a skin-covered book that spat wasps. They also mentioned a ghost in the broken tower, traps between the towers, and Redcaps in the northern tower.
After the fort was cleared, a party delivered a box of herbal liquor to the leprechauns. They accepted the offering and departed happily. Due to distrust, the leprechauns escorted Arsène upstairs, where he found a simple sleeping area with disheveled bunks and no valuables. Fangwood Six instructed the leprechauns to remain quiet about their encounter and moved on.
