About Urgir
Location overview
Urgir is the capital of Belkzen, a former dwarven sky citadel known as Koldukar before its conquest by orcs. It serves as the seat of the Empty Hand Hold and is the seat of power for Ardax the White-Hair. Vaska has a tavern in Urgir, where Davor planned to spend several weeks documenting urban orcs before returning to Absalom. Ardax the White-Hair warned that returning to Urgir was risky for a group of their size and announced he would go there to raise the alarm before departing.
