Biography
She lives in the oldest house in Sandpoint, a structure that predates the town itself, and she tends a garden of herbs and unusual plants with the unhurried attention of someone who has learned that most things worth doing cannot be rushed. Niska is a seer and a harrower of considerable reputation, consulted by those with serious questions and avoided by those who are not entirely sure they want the answers, which in Sandpoint covers a significant portion of the population. Gray-eyed and toothless, she offers fortune-telling in exchange for peaches.
