Biography
Represented at Torrentmoot by Kestrel, Lord Ulthun II ordered her to attend Ardax’s gathering and forge an alliance with Belkzen. Goblins are said to have helped him escape when the Whispering Tyrant destroyed a city, fleeing with him to Absalom. He has not appeared in person so far.
