Dergram

Character overview

Dergram, also known as the Heretic and the Prophet, carries a hand drum and sings songs to Rol. He arrived at Torrentmoot with The Party during the flood truce and began loudly drumming as the camp dispersed. Trained in Orc lore, he recognized the Godspear Hold representative and knew that hold resisted cooperation with Ardax. He approached Grothlin with a blessing from Rol, but she ignored his attempt to introduce himself and thanked those who had helped split the wood. Their conversation showed him that she valued practicality, competition, and impressive or useful physical effort.

Dergram joined Bonesnap’s aurochs hunt, claiming he had hunted one before. He contributed to the search and passed the first night with stories of Rol. During the burrower attack, he cowed one creature with a shout. After The Party found the herd, he called down thunder on an aurochs, then closed in and armed a javelin with crackling power before the hunters returned to Torrentmoot. He later demonstrated his connection to Rol by channeling divine energy, enhancing his combat abilities and inspiring his companions.
