Character overview
The smaller Daughter Peryton was an amalgam of stag, wolf, and hawk, living with her mother in a large nest atop a rock spire at Broken Spears. She accused her mother of weakness and destroying their flock. When The Group was discovered, she offered all her mother’s treasure in exchange for her mother’s death.
She attacked her mother with antlers and teeth but missed. After The Group killed her mother, she attacked Vaska, missed again, and tried to fly away. Vaska Klashe struck and wounded her as she escaped upward, while Fizzik’s thrown boomerang missed. Vanna then promised not to shoot her if no one else attacked. The daughter revealed that the treasure was in the nest, promised to leave without causing further trouble, and departed.
