The Orc Holds

The Orc Holds of Belkzen establish camps along the Flood Road during the annual flood truce, temporarily halting open conflict to gather meat, hides, and other resources from the aurochs migration. The holds vary in size from small camps to settlements with over a thousand individuals. Ardax the White-Hair, a prominent orc leader, aims to transform the truce into deeper cooperation, stronger alliances, and collective protection against individual defeat.
At Torrentmoot, representatives from several holds convened with outsiders and dignitaries. Ardax welcomed attendees and encouraged the holds to honor the truce and foster relationships. The Godspear Hold sent a representative despite its opposition to Ardax's cooperative efforts. The Empty Hand Hold participated in an arm-wrestling contest against Grothlin’s hold, which was won by Vaska.
