Vaska

Raised with the progressive, trade-minded ideals of the Empty Hand Hold, Vaska was well educated and served for years as a hold guard, where she met and married her husband Roe. Both answered Ardax’s call at the Battle of Nine Broken Skulls, where Roe was killed and Vaska lost her left eye—but Ardax’s declaration against Tar-Baphon lit a hope in her. She opened a bar in Roe’s honour, The Drunken Clash, also called ‘the Drunken Klashe,’ in Urgir, then shuttered it to represent the Empty Hand at Torrentmoot rather than let her life settle into passivity. She worships Mahja Firehair. During the gathering she out-arm-wrestled Grothlin, cooked with mixed results, killed the last aurochs, was knocked out by the white-haired undead, and deciphered Ardax’s Puzzle Box.
