Biography
Born frail in the Burning Sun Hold, Gurnak was taken by his parents—Gorrash Sun-Shatterer, a war cleric of Sarenrae, and Thraka Cinder-Guard, a champion of the Dawnflower—to Absalom’s apothecaries so he would survive. He grew up there, studied at the Arcanamirium, and became a Mystic Theurge, but knew little of his own orc heritage. When the Whispering Tyrant broke free, his parents returned to the Lastwall front. Now 22, Gurnak has come home to Belkzen to learn his people’s history, discover what became of his parents, and help forge a future for orckind. Persistent asthma flares under exertion. At Torrentmoot he fought the tomb undead with fire, electricity, and healing, and took a killing blow to save Kar.
