Biography
He is a solid and unhurried craftsman who approaches his work with the patient expertise of someone who understands that a wagon built correctly the first time is considerably less trouble than one built quickly, a philosophy that his customers occasionally find frustrating during the building and deeply appreciate thereafter. He is not a conversationalist of any particular distinction, preferring to let the quality of his work speak on his behalf, and the wagons that leave his yard have a reputation in the surrounding region for outlasting both the roads they travel and the expectations of the people who bought them.
