Sandpoint Shipyard

The southern facade of this long building is open to Sandpoint Harbor, allowing its small army of shipwrights , ropemakers , and sailmakers to work their trade in one of four dry docks right on the shore. The shipyard is owned by the Valdemars , with BELVEN VALDEMAR (male human aristocrat), old Ethram's eldest grandson, overseeing the constant work here.
