NPC overview

Desna is a deity associated with dreams, luck, and travelers, often symbolized by a butterfly. The statue of Desna features a butterfly motif.
During the events in Phaendar, Finnetharyn prayed at the statue of Desna for his parents. He found an ebony butterfly carving at the altar, recognized as a keepsake left by Aubrin, a cleric of Cayden, to "recharge" with divine energy. This carving is believed to bring happiness to those who return it to Desna.
Desna's presence is felt in the shrine, which has been desecrated, with her statue and that of Erastil damaged by hobgoblin attacks. The bodies of Father Noelan and Rhyna, who attempted to defend the shrine, lie among the devastation.
