Arden — Wren's brother and solitary hunter. Arden crouched to meet others at eye level, stepped fully into view during combat, hugged Wren, and shoved Bruneg while confronting the group.
Arden, Wren's older brother, raised her from a young age after their parents' deaths. Known for his stern demeanor out of necessity, he cares deeply for Wren and worries about her getting into trouble. He survives by hunting and scavenging, rummaging through captured wagon supplies where he found Bounty Papers showing the party and Nova. He warned the group about Scarbinus, the hobgoblin leader who signed the bounties, and mentioned he had tried to contact local rangers who had vanished. Arden is associated with the town of Phaendar, recognized for his regular visits to a hermit to sell rabbits, typically every three weeks. However, he has not been seen for several weeks, raising concern among those who know him. Arden dislikes cramped spaces and refused to return to the Main Camp, stating he might visit occasionally. Before leaving, he handed Wren a piece of oak bark with a deer drawn on it for Mira.
