Biography
He is a tall and somewhat severe figure whose past has left marks that the children in his care find alternately intimidating and fascinating. He manages the dual responsibility of running a school and a home for orphaned children with a disciplined warmth that errs on the side of high standards without losing sight of what the children actually need. He is known to keep a personal museum of curiosities and mementos from his adventuring days in the academy's basement, which the children are officially not permitted to explore and unofficially consider the most interesting place in Sandpoint.
