Lower Shrine

The Lower Shrine is a desecrated complex of soot-covered stone, featuring defaced doorways and leaning statues of a robed man holding a book and glaive. Hidden passages remain sealed. Lamashtu’s chamber contains plans for sacrificing Sandpoint and freeing Malfeshnekor. A coin-fed passage leads to a throne room with a phantom's repeated final address.
