The chronicle record

Metal-and-Ivory Ranseur: a glittering metal and ivory polearm, described as higher quality than a similar weapon. Held in the right hand of a red marble statue of a Runelord. Removed from a statue in the catacombs. Features decorative runes noted by inspectors. Lucien attempted to remove it, spun and fumbled, causing it to clang against stone before successfully retrieving it. Lucien tossed the ranseur to Eliza as a prize. Lucien noted it matched a polearm taken from an earlier corpse. Judged to be of excellent craftsmanship by Saba, who expressed interest in purchasing it. Value: high — explicitly described as much higher quality than another polearm; medium due to its craftsmanship and historical significance. Considered more valuable as a historical piece than ordinary merchandise. Suggested to have better market potential with collectors or at a weapon shop.
