Tea That Tasted of Memory

Madame Mvashti's daughter served tea that drew out a private memory for each of them — Lucientasted a long-awaited first kiss under summer stars, Raztasted the freedom of open air, Esquiktasted the satisfaction of a perfected gunpowder mix, Rubytasted every blow she'd taken so someone else wouldn't have to, and Elizatasted pain given and received alongside a first drop of blood.
