Xerra Bluebottle is the third of the Hellbreakers League's lieutenants, serving alongside Maire Phelan and Rhokrag beneath the founders. A kind, genderfluid halfling baker, they keep the League fed, supplied, and armed — the quiet logistical backbone that ensures the resistance never wants for provisions or gear. Most days they can be found working at Gunty's Hearty Breads across town, and they have a habit of bringing the unsold, day-old pastries back to the safehouse and warming them on the basement stove for whoever's around. Xerra is a white-haired halfling who stood beside a magically heated stove in the League’s safe-house basement, offering arriving visitors warm cookies, pastries, and toasted sticky buns while they rested and ate. Gentle and unfailingly warm, Xerra is quick to smooth over Rhokrag's gruff formality and forms an instant bond with anyone who shares their love of cooking or baking. Xerra asked about the party's plans for the day and mentioned there was room upstairs if they needed lodging, though the house was crowded. Rhokrag later told Xerra to stop pampering the party because he had work for them.
