Captain of the ship intercepted by Hellbreakers League, he is skinny and strong-willed.
During an investigation of Bromli Alefist’s apparent body, he rushed at Hugh with a knife, attempting to stab him. Lexx Rennde’s spectral hand seized him by the throat, but he hacked it apart. He recognized Hugress as a Hellbreaker and threatened that they would all die, but failed to intimidate him. Samantha attacked him with a knife while Hugress pressed the assault. The captain grabbed Hugress in close quarters, but Hugh eventually knocked him unconscious.
