Thorngrip Goblins

Location overview

Thorngrip is a goblin town in Chitterwood, centered on a massive sequoia and concealed behind a curving wall of thorns. Its small thatched huts stand around the tree, with some built into its trunk and reached by ladders and ramps; none rise above the thorn wall.
Zagnub of Thorngrip met The Party near the petrified stump and offered friendship, saying his people were free goblins, not hobgoblins’ slaves. He led them through the forest and into town, where an Brakknap at a shrine heard why they had come. The Brakknap said Thorngrip’s scouts had seen humans from the Isgeri Slayers entering goblin territory and asked The Group to drive them away, promising the ancestors’ help in return. Kracka agreed to help, even without the promised aid.
