The Bounty Decree is a bounty issued by the government of Elidir against dissenters or revolutionaries, bearing the official seal of the Steward of Isger. Its vague wording permits accusations with minimal proof, allowing individuals to collect a monetary reward. Copies circulated through Breachill, causing townsfolk to express concerns about neighbors betraying one another for coin. A crowd protested the notices in Monument Circle. Additional copies were posted outside a roadside tavern and nailed to trees and fence posts along the road, leading patrons to believe that the country was no longer safe.
