Hellbreakers League League was tasked with championing Isgeran Independence among Isger's people. Following a reduction in raids on trade vessels, members of The Hellbreakers were assigned to specific regions to understand local concerns, assist communities, and advocate for independence.

On the road to Vordia, Samantha supported travelers while promoting independence; Kuippana assured resource-hoarders that independence could prevent another war; Khar’gan taught survival skills; Kracka assisted travelers, although those heading east showed little interest in revolutionary discussions; and Lexx Rennde painted pro-Hellbreakers messages in visible locations. In Vordia, The Party collected local information while investigating the Bright Embers Orphanate.
