The goblins to the south are restless after a recent battle. They are awaiting a response from Elidir and Cheliax. Hugh heard rumors of trouble involving Goblins in the area and passed the information to Ethran at the southern gate the following morning.
The Goblins are bald. They expressed concern about the Isgeri Slayers’ unusual interest in gruesome goblin murders and wanted the party to deal with them rather than risk leaving them alone. After the party returned to Thorn Grip, the Goblins opened a hidden gate for them. Their oracle, Braknap, said the spirits were worried about Viro’s work in the woods and offered a crystal talisman to help locate him. A new mural appeared overnight, visibly unlike the murals the Goblins had made themselves. Later, Kracka traded two shortswords and a shortbow to the Goblins for a repair toolkit.
